Answer:
1) Power on the bike or scooter and check the power indicator light.
2) Step onto the bridge with one foot and slowly kick the other.
3) When the scooter begins to roll, place both feet on the deck and step on the accelerator to engage the motor.
4) PLEASE NOTE that the bike or scooter must travel at 5 km/h before the motor starts to engage.

Question: My electric bike B20 is completely discharging, so I put it on charge, but it doesn’t seem to work. What is the problem?
Answer: Please make sure that you follow below steps:
1) Connect the load port of the bicycle or scooter to charge it. check the charger LED lights status.
a. The charger indicator is red when empty/green when fully charged. This charger is good condition.
b. The light is always green or off, this charger is damaged.
2) After fully charged, start your bicycle or scooter, if it doesn’t work, the battery may be damaged. Then please send your detailed problems to info@life2go.com and attached your order id , we will check with it asap.

Question: Can the bicycle brake be adjusted? Is the rear brake too loose?
Answer: To save your time and get our support quickly, you can read our instruction below to adjust brake.
a. It can be adjusted by tensioning or loosening the brake cable (it is the braided wire near the rear wheel). To tighten it, you must loosen the allen key wrench screw (#5) and pull a little of said wire, tighten the screw and test if it is adjusted as you want.
b. The built-in tensioners (a kind of black plug that is on the handlebar, from where the brake cable comes out and another plug that is next to the brake pads), are not used to regulate the brake.
c. Use To tighten it, you must loosen the allen key wrench screw (#5) to loosen the screw and tighten / loosen said cable to adapt it to how you see it.

Question: I got T10 scooter, but I do not know how to folds.
Answer: Please follow the steps as below–
a. Just press the red pedal either with your foot or your hand and you feel the handle tilting until it is parallel to the base.
b. Repeat step a to unlock and raise the handle of the scooter until you hear the locking sound.
