Shipping Time, Departure & Destination:
Our default departure is from our European warehouse, dropshipping is available, and the destination is provided by the buyer. The transportation time is 3-6 working days, but it does not rule out holidays and other force majeure factors that cause transportation delays.
Tax & Duties:
The products are made custom clearance and paid custom duty. You need only to pay the product and shipping.

If you choose express, the shipping cost is 15-40€ per piece.
If customer choose pallet with big quantity, the shipping cost is around 360€ per pallet, the real cost need to consult with the shipping agent with specific model and quantity.(Pallet shipping should place order via email !!!).
For E-Mobility products we will update stock condition every Month, you can check on this page to get the stock condition, or request to send you email of stock update in every Month.

Force Majeure Factors:
The seller is irresponsible for shipping delays caused by floods, fires, earthquakes, storms, strikes, wars and other unlisted force majeure factors, but the seller should promptly notify the buyer after the accident, and after the disaster passes, the seller immediately implements the shipping.
