Shipping Costs & Delivery Time
elife2go offers Shipping for your orders to the European countries:
Please ask for shipping cost by provide your shipping address and product quantity, and need confirm with particular areas which can’t be delivered by our shipping agent.

Standard delivery time 3-6 working days. Orders are usually shipped within 1 business days after order confirmed.
Weekend Orders: Orders placed after Friday or weekend will be processed on Saturday as we have colleagues working on that day.

Please note that the above delivery time is only an estimate of the courier company. We do not assume any responsibility, nor are we responsible for delays after delivery. There are occasional delays because there are many uncontrollable factors in the delivery of goods. Please rest assured that elife2go will do its best to minimize any difficulties that may arise。

  • Our delivery time may take an extra 1-3 business days to complete during peak season such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday & Christmas.
     
    Liability Of The Courier
    Please note: For Shipping orders, the courier company may cover only the physical loss or damage of the goods during transport, subject to the maximum of liability specified in the terms of the service. we assume no liability and are not responsible for delays that arise after delivery. Delays occur occasionally as there could be many uncontrollable factors in shipping the goods. However, elife2go will do its utmost to ensure that the shipments arrive in perfect condition and in good time.
  • If you receive a damaged or tampered package, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. After this period, we assume that the package has been received in good condition and no further claims are made.
     
    Insurance
    For Insured Shipping and Rush Insured Shipping orders, elife2go will cover the physical loss or damage of the goods by the courier up to the product value. It is possible to receive a replacement or the refund of the product price.
     
    The conditions listed below must be met in order to receive a replacement or a refund of the product price, in case of suspicion that the goods have been lost.
    1) The claim must be made within 10 calendar days * after the tracking number has been sent by email or ticket system.
    2) Written confirmation of loss or damage by the courier or other related party.
     
  • In case the claim is made only after 10 calendar days, we can not guarantee 100% that the courier will accept the investigation.
     
    The following conditions must be met in order to receive a replacement or a refund of the product price:
    1) The claim must be made within 48 hours after receiving the goods, via email or our ticket system. In addition, the following pictures are needed as proof. Photo of the packaging, including inside and outside of the packaging, courier packaging, bubble wrap and the product.
    2) Written confirmation of loss or damage by the courier or other related party.
     
  • At the end of 48 hours after receiving the goods, we assume that the package has been received in good condition and no further claims are made.
  • The insurance on the order is only valid for the first shipment. In the case of re-shipping, the insurance cannot be applied to the resending order.
