We understand your return request in some unexpected case, but meanwhile we also hope you do your due diligence before purchasing our product to reduce the likelihood of returns. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

You may request return in below cases->

  1. Order hasn’t been shipped
    Please check with our support team first if your order is shipped or not. If the order has not been shipped yet, we will be able to process your full refund immediately. When the refund is processed, the funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 2-5 business days.
  2. Order has been shipped but still on the way, still not been received.
    If the order has been shipped, return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
  3. You just received and found damages.
    Don’t worry, we’ll handle it. Please contact us at info@elife2go.com if the item is defective or damaged. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
